Wanted to share some pics of Hailey at her homecoming.

And this cute boy, Matthew, his birthday is a week after Hailey's and these two have grown up together.  Elementary, Middle and now High School. 

 

And then here are Kait, Hailey and Scotty.  Very cute.  The weather was great and the fall sunset is just gorgeous, isn't it?

Homecoming Proposal!

And just like that we are back at Monday morning!  Will report on Prom soon!

I was very lucky last fall to be included in Hailey's Homecoming Proposal.  Michael, her boyfriend asked me for help writing on his car his proposal.  And then he asked if I would go with him so I could take pictures!  Man!  That was so so wonderful of him!  

So as she was coming out of Pom practice, Michael was there and had a taco from Taco Bell, and flowers to go along with the message written on his car.

 

It was so nice that her friends and Michael's were around.

And here the cuties are! 

Of course I spelled Homecoming wrong.  I giggled when one of Hailey's friends pointed out I spelled it wrong.  

Kait's apartment!

Tonight is Hailey's Prom.  Although it will take me a little while to catch up to those pictures.  I hope she has fun! 

This speaks to me...in more ways than one.

When it was time to move Kaitlyn in to her apartment, I think it was THE HOTTEST DAY ON RECORD!  Isn't that how it always is?  We did well, though, despite the heat.

Hard to believe she'll be home in two weeks for the summer! 

More Niagara...

My quote today:

Is this just an amazing view???  It really was spectacular!  I had seen Niagara Falls from the Canadian side when I was pregnant with Kaitlyn, but unfortunately that day in October so many years ago, it was cloudy, and well, I'm so glad I had a chance to see it like this!

Ha!!  Love it!  Very therapeutic these quotes are! Makes me smile when I find them and I can resonate to them. 

So this picture just cracks me up. 

I was trying to do a selfie, and get Hailey and Allen in it...and then the wind picked up and I had hair all over my face! 

Here's another picture that shows just how breezy it was!  Allen doesn't have much hair to begin with and IT was being blown up!

On this Friday, I have another quote:

This is WhiteSprings Winery in NY.  It was a fantastic venue for our ASA members. Complete with the old carriages and sleighs!

Busy week this week! 

Another quote that made me smile:

I might even take it further and say an absence of sharing of feelings is an absence of love.

I saw another quote that I really liked:

For an entire day, we had the members of the Atlantic Seed Association on a bus travelling to Cornell's site in Geneva, NY, to see a seed company in New York, and then a bee farm.  

They hiked in the hot sun...but they were rewarded with two stops to two wineries for some really amazing food and wine and craft draft beer.  We were treated like royalty by the caterer!  If you are ever in New York and need a caterer, Club 86 is the way to go! 

 One thing I love about my Atlantic Seed members is their sense of humor.  I hadn't noticed it when using the "facilities" on the bus, but one member did.  At lunch, he asked a bunch of us if we had seen the sign in the bathroom on the bus.  We all looked at each other in puzzlement..."No.....what's up?"  "Go see," he said. 

Ok...so this is the picture....

We just laughed and laughed and laughed!  No standing....sitting only....but...what about the hat? What about the cigarette?  No banana peels, no tin cans, but you can smoke??
